The latest on the list is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/ping-identity\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"Ping Identity (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Ping Identity<\/a>, an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/identity-and-access-management-iam-software\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"identity management company (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">identity management company<\/a>. The deal is pegged at $2.8billion, and Ping Identity will be taken private after the acquisition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2022\/08\/02\/microsoft-puts-its-riskiq-acquisition-to-work\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Microsoft puts its RiskIQ acquisition to work<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Redmond giant acquired <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/riskiq-illuminate\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"RiskIQ (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">RiskIQ<\/a> a year ago. Now, it&#8217;s bringing some of its capabilities to its Defender security platform. The investment was co-led by Stripes and Insight Partners, while the startup also announced that it provides user management infrastructure to over 150 B2B SaaS companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2022\/08\/04\/axio-lands-23m-to-help-companies-quantify-cyber-risk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Axio lands $23million to help companies quantify cyber risk<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cybersecurity risk evaluation platform Axio has nabbed $23million in a Series B round. Led by Temasek&#8217;s ISTARI, the money will be used towards bolstering the product and engineering team along with supporting go-to-market functions, and expanding to more geographies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.businesstoday.in\/latest\/corporate\/story\/b2b-saas-start-up-webengage-raises-20-million-in-series-b-funding-343495-2022-08-02\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>B2B SaaS start-up WebEngage raises $20million in Series B funding<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marketing automation software <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/webengage\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"WebEngage (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">WebEngage<\/a> has closed a $20million Series B financing round. It&#8217;s worth noting that the startup already has $20million ARR and the funding will help it to double down on its growth. The round was led by Singularity Growth Opportunities Fund and SWC Global.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2022\/08\/03\/employee-benefits-platform-ben-raises-16m-to-cut-hr-admin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Employee benefits platform Ben raises $16million to cut HR admin<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ben is an employee benefits platform that allows companies to curate things like life insurance, health, and pension as well as good-to-have benefits such as gym memberships and work-from-home allowances. While it&#8217;s mainly targeted at the HR segment, Ben also has several fintech functionalities. For example, HR can set a budget and spend control for each employee, and the platform can also issue Mastercards for the employees.
