Together, the combined entity will provide a turnkey platform for building and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/app-monetization\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"monetizing (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">monetizing<\/a> games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2022\/11\/03\/atlassian-team-q1-2023.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Atlassian plummets more than 20 percent on weak earnings report and disappointing forecast<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The parent company of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/jira\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"Jira (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Jira<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/trello\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"Trello (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Trello<\/a> saw its shares fall 22 percent after it announced lower-than-expected quarterly earnings. In the quarter ending September 30th, its revenues were $807.4million. For the second fiscal, it&#8217;s expecting revenue between $835million to $855million &#8211; lower than analysts&#8217; expectations of $879.2million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2022\/11\/03\/twilio-twlo-earnings-q3-2022.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Twilio shares plunge 34 percent on light guidance<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/cloud-communication-platform\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"Cloud communications software (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Cloud communications software<\/a> company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/twilio-flex\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"Twilio (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Twilio<\/a> witnessed an even sharper decline after announcing its quarterly results. The latest is that it&#8217;s misled investors about its NDR (Net Dollar Retention Rate) in its IPO prospectus. It last raised $115million in 2019, and now it has gotten $75million and a $75million revolving credit facility. While it&#8217;s being categorized as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/contract-management-software\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"contract lifecycle management (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">contract lifecycle management<\/a> (CLM) software, its CEO Sameer Bodas highlights that it has several additional functionalities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/entrackr.com\/2022\/11\/exclusive-amagi-raises-over-100-mn-in-new-round-led-by-general-atlantic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Amagi raises over $100 Mn in new round led by General Atlantic<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amagi turned unicorn earlier this year, and it has now raised $82million from PE firm General Atlantic. In addition to that, General Atlantic has purchased additional shares from existing investors worth $27million.
