But with employees working remotely, the feedback has become an important aspect since it wasn’t a big issue when everyone was working together in a workplace environment. Enter Clink<\/a>, a new-age employee engagement software<\/a> designed specifically to cater to this use case, and launched by the company behind Dockabl<\/a>, a performance management system<\/a>. The product went public just a couple of weeks back after months of pilots and testing.
