Last valued at $10.22billion, the company has confidentially filed for going public at a valuation of $20billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.globenewswire.com\/news-release\/2020\/12\/14\/2144184\/0\/en\/Pluralsight-Enters-into-Definitive-Agreement-to-be-Acquired-by-Vista-Equity-Partners-for-3-5-Billion.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Pluralsight enters into definitive agreement to be acquired by Vista Equity Partners for $3.5billion<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vista Equity Partners seems to be on a splurging spree. After acquiring Gainsight, it has plonked $3.5billion to acquire Pluralsight, an online education company for organizations. Post the acquisition is complete, the company will go private.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2020\/12\/16\/push-it-realtime-good\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>MessageBird acquires real-time notifications and in-app messaging platform Pusher for $35million<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/uipath-rpa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MessageBird<\/a>, an omnichannel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/cloud-communication-platform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cloud communication platform<\/a>, has acquired London-based in-app notification company Pusher. The deal is for $35million, and MessageBird will keep the Pusher as an independent product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.prnewswire.com\/news-releases\/honeywell-acquires-sine-group-to-create-a-mobile-platform-for-honeywell-forge-offerings-and-to-enhance-connected-buildings-solutions-301192464.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Honeywell Acquires Sine Group to create a mobile platform for Honeywell forge offerings and to enhance connected buildings solutions<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Honeywell, a company that has presence in verticals like aerospace and building technologies, has acquired an Australia-based SaaS company, Sine Group. It provides visitor management, workplace and supply chain solutions, which Honeywell will utilise to improve its Connected Buildings offerings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.geekwire.com\/2020\/cloud-data-giant-rubrik-acquires-tech-ip-assets-seattle-startup-igneous\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Cloud data giant Rubrik acquires tech and IP assets from Seattle startup Igneous<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cloud data management startup <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/rubrik\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rubrik<\/a> has purchased tech and IP assets from Seattle-based Igneous, which provides visibility and storage for unstructured data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2020\/12\/17\/github-says-goodbye-to-cookie-banners\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>GitHub says goodbye to cookie banners<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Microsoft-owned <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/github\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GitHub<\/a> will be removing all non-essential cookies from its platform. Vertical SaaS provider <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/zenoti\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zenoti<\/a> which provides a software for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/spa-and-salon-management-software\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">spa and salon industry<\/a>, has raised $160million Series D round. Led by Advent International, the company will be using the capital to expand into new categories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/primeunicornindex.com\/discord-secures-140m-doubles-valuation-to-7b\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Discord secures $140million, doubles valuation to $7billion<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was just in June that Discord had raised $100million, and now it has been reported that the company is raising up to $140million at double the valuation. With a valuation of $7billion, the ongoing round is led by Greenoaks Capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2020-12-15\/software-maker-clickup-reaches-1-billion-value-in-funding-round\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Software maker ClickUp reaches $1billion value in funding round<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/collaboration-software\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Collaboration<\/a> and productivity software are among the biggest beneficiaries of the pandemic. So it&#8217;s not a surprise to see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/clickup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ClickUp<\/a> raising $100million Series B round, making it a unicorn. What&#8217;s interesting though is that the company had raised $35million six months ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.finsmes.com\/2020\/12\/bigid-raises-70m-in-series-d-funding-valued-to-1-billion.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>BigID raises $70million in Series D funding; valued to $1billion<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Data discovery and privacy platform BigID has closed a $70million funding round. Comprising both primary and secondary shares, the round was led by SalesForce Ventures and Tiger Global. The company will be using the money to improve its product further.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/openviewpartners.com\/blog\/openview-cypress\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>OpenView leads Series B funding round in Cypress<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The adoption of CI\/CD tools continues at an unprecedented space, but <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/automated-testing-software\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">automated testing software<\/a> hasn&#8217;t grown at the same pace. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/cypress-io\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cypress.io<\/a> is changing that as if offers an open-source tool for developers to allow them to run end-to-end tests in the browser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.techinasia.com\/indian-sales-automation-startup-leadsquared-secures-32m-seriesb-round\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Indian sales automation startup LeadSquared secures $32m in series B round<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>India&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/leadsquared-crm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LeadSquared<\/a>, a company that offers sales automation software, has closed a $32million Series B funding round.
