Spun off from SAP, the company listed the shares at $30, much higher than the initially planned range of $20 to $25. The company has purchased <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/business-process-management-software\">process automation<\/a> startup <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/signavio-process-manager\">Signavio<\/a> for reportedly $1.2billion. SAP believes that this acquisition will at as a stronger proposition for its customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zdnet.com\/article\/microsofts-q2-azure-posts-revenue-growth-of-50-commercial-cloud-run-rate-at-66-8-billion\/\"><strong>Microsoft&#8217;s Q2 Azure revenue up 50%, commercial cloud run rate at $66.8 billion; forecast tops consensus<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Redmond giant is moving strength to strength with its cloud business, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/products\/microsoft-azure\">Azure<\/a>. Its revenue growth was up by 50 percent in the Q2, and the company is also having a solid forecast of as much as $2.5billion higher than analysts&#8217; estimates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/in.finance.yahoo.com\/news\/servicenow-reports-fourth-quarter-full-211000201.html\"><strong>ServiceNow reports fourth quarter and full-year 2020 financial results<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leading SaaS company ServiceNow has announced its Q4 2020 results.
