However, it is only due to this extreme reliance on emails that some people misuse for spamming. Spamming is a kind of negative promotion through unsolicited email, flood the inbox. Here are the steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Right click on an email from the inbox and choose \u201cCreate Rule\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>You will get a popup for where you can create a rule.<\/li>\n<li>Add the name of the sender you want to mark as promotional.<\/li>\n<li>Then choose an action like \u201cMove the message to folder\u201d or \u201cDelete the message\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This way, as and when a message from that sender arrives, the action is applied.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"3-use-a-junk-email\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Use_a_junk_email\"><\/span>3.
