That&#8217;s not all, the app is also offering an easy way to create and share voice notes, videos, and screen recordings. Trading under the symbol IS, the share prices were up 1 percent on the day it got listed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2021\/06\/30\/sentinelone-soars-in-first-trade-as-highest-valued-cybersecurity-ipo.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>SentinelOne closes up 21% in NYSE debut as highest-valued cybersecurity IPO ever<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cybersecurity company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/sentinelone-endpoint-protection-platform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SentinelOne<\/a> debuted on NYSE under the ticker symbol &#8220;S&#8221; with the 20% premium. It sold 35 million shares, giving it a market cap of $10 billion with each share priced at $42.50.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2021\/06\/30\/legalzoom-debuted-up-30percent-ceo-sells-further-push-into-digital-market.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>LegalZoom shares jump 35% in market debut; CEO sees further opportunity in online legal services<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another SaaS company that made its debut in the public market is LegalZoom. Its shares rose by 35.18 percent upon listing &#8211; at $37.85. It got a market capitalization of $700 million by selling 19.1 million shares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.crn.com\/news\/data-center\/hpe-to-acquire-zerto-for-374m-to-boost-greenlake-storage\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>HPE to acquire Zerto for $374million to boost GreenLake, storage<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hewlett Packard Enterprise has announced the acquisition of Zerto, a company that provides cloud backup protection for SaaS offerings such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Google Workspace. Priced at $374million, the acquisition will help the company bolster its Greenlake cloud data services.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.zoom.us\/zoom-to-acquire-kites-gmbh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Zoom to acquire Kites GmbH<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/video-conferencing-software\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Video conferencing software<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/zoom\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zoom<\/a> isn&#8217;t sitting idle as it&#8217;s seeing the world going back to its older ways of working. It has acquired Kites GmbH, a start-up working on real-time machine translation. The acquisition will help Zoom improve its multi-language translation capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"saas-companies-that-got-the-funding-this-week\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"SaaS_companies_that_got_the_funding_this_week\"><\/span>SaaS companies that got the funding this week&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/venturebeat.com\/2021\/07\/01\/corporate-e-learning-authoring-platform-articulate-raises-1-5b\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Corporate e-learning authoring platform Articulate raises $1.5billion<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the rise in e-learning, it was only a matter of time before the software providing the ability to create such courses will get recognition. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/articulate-online\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Articulate<\/a>, a leading player in the space, has announced perhaps the biggest Series A round ever as it raised $1.5billion. Valuing the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/learning-management-system-lms-software\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">learning management software<\/a> company at $3.75billion, its backers include General Atlantic, Blackstone, and Iconiq.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2021\/06\/30\/servicetitan-acquires-aspire-to-move-into-landscaping-raises-200m-at-a-9-5b-valuation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>ServiceTitan acquires Aspire to move into landscaping, raises $200million at a $9.5billion valuation<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/servicetitan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ServiceTitan<\/a> builds software for contractors to let them manage their work easily. It has nabbed $200million Series G funding at a valuation of $9.5billion led by Thoma Bravo. The company also announced the acquisition of Aspire Software, which is used by commercial landscapers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/getshogun.com\/learn\/shogun-raises-series-c\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Shogun raises $67.5million in Series C funding<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shogun helps <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/ecommerce-software\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">e-commerce businesses<\/a> build using software like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/bigcommerce\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BigCommerce<\/a>, and then allowing them to design responsive front-end. It has gotten $67.5million Series C funding, led by Insight Partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2021\/06\/28\/tapcart-a-shopify-for-mobile-apps-raises-a-50-million-series-b\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Tapcart, a \u2018Shopify for mobile apps,\u2019 raises a $50 million Series B<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/shopify\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Shopify<\/a> democratized the ability to e-commerce stores, and now Tapcart aims to do the same for mobile commerce. The company already powers more than 1000 brands, and has closed a $50million Series B investment. It&#8217;s aiming to become a vertically integrated mobile commerce platform by launching features like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/marketing-automation-software\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">marketing automation<\/a>, among other things.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2021\/07\/01\/codat-raises-40m-from-tiger-for-its-business-focused-fintech-app-service\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Codat raises $40million from Tiger for its SMB-focused API service<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/api-management-software\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">API provider<\/a> Codat has raised $40million from Tiger Global. The startup offers an API that connects from a company&#8217;s internal software like QuickBooks and iZettle with external providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livemint.com\/companies\/start-ups\/quizizz-raises-31-5-million-from-tiger-global-yahoo-s-yang-11624987951785.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Quizizz raises $31.5\u200a million \u200afrom Tiger Global, Yahoo\u2019s Yang<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quizzing startup <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/quizizz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Quizizz<\/a> has received $31.5million Series B funding led by Tiger Global Management.
