The deal has been valued at $1.275billion, and will help Adobe to integrate the features to its video editing tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/en.globes.co.il\/en\/article-cisco-confirms-acquisition-of-israeli-startup-epsagon-1001381718\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Cisco confirms acquisition of Israeli startup Epsagon<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Networking giant Cisco is establishing itself as a leader in the observability space. It has acquired application monitoring company Epsagon in a deal that&#8217;s reported to be $500million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2021\/08\/17\/brex-buys-weav-a-universal-api-for-commerce-platforms-for-50m\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Brex buys Weav, a universal API for commerce platforms, for $50million<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/brex\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Brex<\/a>, a corporate credit card company\u00a0that also offers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/expense-management-software\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">expense management software<\/a>,\u00a0has purchased Weav, a developer of universal API for commerce platforms. Since then, it has also made several acquisitions and investments, and that&#8217;s why it kept the fundraise in the wraps.
