That doesn&#8217;t mean that the market didn&#8217;t respond favorably. It was in July that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/video-conferencing-software\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">video conferencing software<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/zoom\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zoom<\/a> announced the all-stock purchase of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/five9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Five9<\/a>, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/contact-center-operations-software\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">contact center software<\/a> company, for $14.7billion. The deal is worth $1.9billion and adds email communication to Sinch&#8217;s portfolio with products like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/mailgun\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mailgun<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/mailjet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mailjet<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/email-on-acid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Email on Acid<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2021\/09\/28\/rpa-industry-consolidation-continues-with-sale-of-blue-prism-to-vista-for-1-095b\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>RPA industry consolidation continues with sale of Blue Prism to Vista for \u00a31.095billion<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vista Equity Partners has been on an acquisition spree in the SaaS space. The Reserve Bank of India initiated the new guidelines for recurring payments starting October 1st, where the transactions will need to authenticate every month. Led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, it&#8217;s now valued at $1.35billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/siliconangle.com\/2021\/09\/29\/kore-ai-raises-50m-ai-powered-experience-optimization-platform\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Kore.ai raises $50million for its AI-powered experience optimization platform<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/kore-ai\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kore.ai<\/a> provides virtual assistants powered by AI to help companies in their business operations. Just a couple of weeks back, it has announced a mega funding round of $530million. Now, it has extended the Series F round by another $75million, closing the round at $605million.
