Adding to the list is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/onelogin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OneLogin&#8217;s<\/a> acquisition by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/one-identity\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">One Identity<\/a>. OneLogin has raised $330million over the years, but the terms of its acquisition weren&#8217;t disclosed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.microsoft.com\/blog\/2021\/10\/07\/microsoft-acquires-ally-io-to-improve-employee-experience-by-aligning-peoples-work-with-team-goals-and-company-mission\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>Microsoft acquires Ally.io to improve employee experience by aligning people\u2019s work with team goals and company mission<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Redmond giant is beefing up its software offerings. It has acquired <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/objectives-and-key-results-software\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OKR software<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/ally-io\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ally.io<\/a>, which will become a part of its employee experience platform, Microsoft Viva. The price of the deal hasn&#8217;t been divulged, but the Seattle-based Ally had raised $76million in its three-year journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/technology\/coding-platform-gitlab-aims-nearly-9-bln-valuation-us-ipo-2021-10-04\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>Coding platform GitLab aims for nearly $9 billion valuation in U.S. IPO<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/gitlab\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gitlab<\/a>, a popular <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/continuous-integration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">continuous integration software<\/a>, is planning to list itself on NASDAQ with a valuation of $9billion. It plans to sell Class A shares at a share price between $50 and $60. It&#8217;ll trade under the symbol GTLB, and was last valued at $6billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zdnet.com\/article\/box-adds-new-integrations-with-microsoft-slack-steps-up-security\/#ftag=RSSbaffb68\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Box adds new integrations with Microsoft, Slack, steps up security<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cloud storage company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/box\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Box<\/a> has introduced new integrations with Microsoft and Slack. It has nabbed a $275million funding, which has increased its valuation five-fold to $10billion. Led by Coatue Management and Sequoia, the amount will be used for amplifying Notion&#8217;s platform, and hiring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aquant.io\/blog\/aquant-series-C-service-artificial-intelligence\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Aquant announces $70million Series C funding round to revolutionize the service industry using artificial intelligence<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Referring to itself as a service intelligence automation platform Aquant has closed a $70million Series C funding round.
