This helped the company raise $520million, valuing it at $5.87billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2021\/11\/15\/splunk-stock-plunges-as-ceo-doug-merritt-steps-down.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Splunk stock plunges as CEO Doug Merritt steps down<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We usually see that SaaS companies are charting fast growth, but that&#8217;s not the case for all organizations. Data analytics software <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/splunk-enterprise\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Splunk<\/a> witnessed a decline of 18 percent for its share prices when its CEO Doug Merritt announced that he was stepping down. Board chair Graham Smith will become the interim CEO, though it remains to be seen how Splunk will transition from an on-prem software to a cloud company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fastcompany.com\/90697172\/notion-templates\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>How document-editing upstart Notion plans to beat Microsoft and Google<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note-taking collaborative software <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/notion-so\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Notion<\/a> has become so popular that its features are now being copied by tech giants like Microsoft and Google. But the software has an ace up its sleeve \u2013 its community. Its template feature has been really popular so much so that many people have started selling them as well.\u00a0 has recently launched a template gallery. Led by YC continuity, it&#8217;s now valued at $3billion. Launched in 2014, the startup has already crossed $100million in ARR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2021\/11\/15\/seven-years-after-last-venture-investment-mixpanel-scores-200m-series-c\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Seven years after last venture investment, Mixpanel scores $200million Series C<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It seems analytics software are the theme of this week. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/mixpanel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Mixpanel<\/a>, a popular <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/web-analytics-software\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">web analytics software<\/a> that raised its last funding back in 2014, has closed a $200million investment. The round was led by Bain Capital Tech Opportunities and values the company at $1.05billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/venturebeat.com\/2021\/11\/17\/netlify-a-platform-for-building-static-web-content-raises-105m\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Netlify, a platform for building web content, raises $105million<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/content-delivery-network-cdn-software\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Content Delivery Network software<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/netlify\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Netlify<\/a> has nabbed $105million in funding, valuing it at $2billion. The round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners. Alongside the fundraise, the company also announced the acquisition of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/onegraph\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OneGraph<\/a>, a GraphQL service that connects SaaS APIs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/kenrickcai\/2021\/11\/12\/thoughtspot-raises-series-f-at-4-billion-valuation-after-cloud-migration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>ThoughtSpot raises at $4.2billion valuation as it wraps up transition to the cloud<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While Splunk hasn&#8217;t been able to successfully navigate its transition to the SaaS business model, ThoughtSpot \u2013 which is also a data analytics software \u2013 has been able to pull that off. It released its first SaaS offering just last year, and now, its cloud revenue is higher than the on-prem software. To continue its growth, it has announced a $100million Series F round led by March Capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2021\/11\/16\/anydesk-a-maker-of-remote-desktop-software-raises-70m-at-a-660m-valuation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>AnyDesk, a maker of remote desktop software, raises $70M at a $660M+ valuation<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another category that got boosted amidst the pandemic is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/remote-access-software\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">remote access software<\/a>. And a popular software in this category is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/anydesk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AnyDesk<\/a>, which has gotten $70million in funding to fuel its growth. Led by General Atlantic, it&#8217;s now valued at $660million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.prnewswire.com\/news-releases\/easysend-raises-55-5-million-to-help-enterprises-build-and-maintain-digital-customer-journeys-with-its-no-code-platform-301425414.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>EasySend raises $55.5million to help enterprises build and maintain digital customer journeys with its no-code platform<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No-code customer journey platform <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/easysend-io\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EasySend<\/a> has announced a $50.5million Series B funding. The round was led by Oak HC\/FT, and it also got $5million in venture debt from SVB.
