Its shares rose by about 10 percent, helping it reach a $14billion valuation. Trading under the symbol HCP, the offering raised $1.22billlion for the company\u00a0\u2013 making it the fourth-biggest US IPO for a SaaS business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zdnet.com\/article\/atlassian-marketplace-crosses-2b-in-sales-helping-to-build-a-richer-cloud-ecosystem\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Atlassian Marketplace crosses $2billion in sales, helping to build a richer cloud ecosystem<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atlassian&#8217;s Marketplace&nbsp;\u2013 launched almost 10 years ago&nbsp;\u2013 has crossed $2billion in sales. Featuring 5,300 apps and integrations with Atlassian products, the Marketplace saw 600 apps developed in just the last 12 months amidst the pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vccircle.com\/razorpay-looks-to-double-down-on-saas-offerings-with-new-products\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Razorpay looks to double down on SaaS offerings with new products<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/razorpay\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Razorpay<\/a>, one of the largest payments companies in India, has launched three new SaaS-based solutions for startups and small businesses. These include Razorpay Magic, which lets shoppers prefill their info such as address and preferred payment options on the merchant&#8217;s checkout page. Then there&#8217;s RazorpayX Tax Payment Suite which will help businesses to automate tax payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"earnings-corner\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Earnings_corner\"><\/span>Earnings corner<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zdnet.com\/article\/oracle-beats-q2-results-with-cloud-revenue-up-22\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Oracle beats Q2 results with cloud revenue up 22 percent<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/oracle-analytics-cloud\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Oracle<\/a> managed to beat market expectations as its quarterly revenue reached $10.4billion, up 6 percent y-o-y. Its cloud revenue saw 22 percent growth to reach $2.7billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2021\/12\/06\/mongodb-shares-jump-as-revenue-growth-accelerates.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>MongoDB shares jump as revenue growth accelerates<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shares of database software maker <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/mongodb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MongoDB<\/a> increased by as much as 18 percent after it announced its Q3 results. It achieved $226.9million in revenue vs analysts&#8217; expectations of $205.2million in revenue. The Series F funding round was led by G Squared, and will be utilized towards global expansion and hiring across product, engineering, sales, and marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pymnts.com\/news\/investment-tracker\/2021\/saas-startup-mambu-closes-e235m-funding-deal-at-e4-9b-valuation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>SaaS startup Mambu closes \u20ac235million funding deal at \u20ac4.9billion valuation<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Banking platform Mambu has raised \u20ac235million in Series E funding, making it one of the most valuable European SaaS companies. Led by EQT Growth, it&#8217;s now valued at \u20ac4.9billion. The amount will be used to speed up its expansion plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsobserver.com\/news\/business\/article256336177.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Durham startup ServiceTrade lands $85million investment, sets a goal of $100million in revenue<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Automation software for commercial services businesses like electricians and plumbers&nbsp;\u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/servicetrade\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ServiceTrade<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 has nabbed $85million led by JMI Equity. Founded in 2012, the startup is aiming to reach $100million in revenue and will also be using the funding for hiring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livemint.com\/companies\/news\/softbank-to-invest-50-mnin-saas-company-sensehq-11638763468946.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>SoftBank to invest $50million in SaaS company SenseHQ<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/hr-software\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HR tech startup<\/a> SenseHQ has gotten $50million in funding from Softbank Vision Fund 2. The amount will be used to ramp up its go-to-market strategy and for marketing in the industries that are hiring at scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/venturebeat.com\/2021\/12\/08\/ipaas-provider-celigo-nabs-48m-to-grow-its-process-automation-technology\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>IPaaS provider nabs $48million to grow its process automation<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Celigo is an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/ipaas-software\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IPaaS provider<\/a> that helps automate business processes across the organization. It has announced a $48million Series C funding round. Led by OMERS Growth Equity, Celigo has raised $80million in total, though it&#8217;s competing against well-funded players like Workato and Tray.io.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.moneycontrol.com\/news\/business\/saas-startup-moengage-raises-30-million-led-by-steadview-capital-7800831.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>SaaS startup MoEngage raises $30million led by Steadview Capital<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/marketing-automation-software\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Marketing automation software<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/moengage\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MoEngage<\/a> has closed a $30million funding round led by Steadview Capital.
