It has announced the acquisition of Everfi, a social impact technology company. The deal is a mix of cash and stock and is pegged at $750million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pymnts.com\/news\/b2b-payments\/2022\/saas-funder-saas-capital-raises-128m\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>SaaS funder SaaS Capital raises $128million<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debt financing has become a great option for SaaS companies to raise money without diluting equity. SaaS Capital, a company that provides growth debt to SaaS organizations, has raised $128million for its fourth fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zdnet.com\/article\/qlik-registers-for-ipo\/#ftag=RSSbaffb68\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Qlik confidentially registers for IPO<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the leading players in the Business Intelligence software space, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/qlik-sense\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Qlik<\/a> has filed for its IPO at SEC. Fractal.ai, a provider of artificial intelligence and advanced analytics solutions, has raised $360million. Led by TPG Capital Asia, the company has become a unicorn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2022\/01\/06\/canadas-assent-compliance-lands-350m-from-vista-equity-for-supply-chain-data-management\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Canada\u2019s Assent Compliance lands $350million from Vista Equity for supply chain data management<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ongoing pandemic has taught us the importance of a robust supply chain. Canada-based Assent Compliance focuses on supply chain sustainability management, and has now received $350million in funding. Led by Vista Equity Partners, it has reached a valuation of $1billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2022\/01\/05\/payroll-startup-payfit-is-frances-latest-unicorn-as-it-raises-289-million\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Payroll startup PayFit is France\u2019s latest unicorn as it raises $289million<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>France-based <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/payroll-software\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">payroll<\/a> and HR software <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/payfit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Payfit<\/a> has closed a $289million Series E investment.
