While the deal was called off due to regulatory issues, the API tool that connects to people&#8217;s bank accounts is showing how it&#8217;s charting its future path. It has announced the acquisition of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/cognito\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cognito<\/a>, which offers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/identity-and-access-management-iam-software\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">verification services<\/a>. The deal is pegged at $252million as a mix of cash and stock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"saas-companies-that-got-the-funding-this-week\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"SaaS_companies_that_got_the_funding_this_week\"><\/span>SaaS companies that got the funding this week<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2022\/01\/19\/1password-series-c-funding\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Remote work and cloud adoption lands 1Password with $620M Series C, now valued at $6.8B<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you think only new-age companies are raising big bucks, then you couldn&#8217;t be more wrong. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/1password\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1Password<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 a leading player in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/password-management-software\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">password manager<\/a> space\u00a0\u2013 has gotten $620million Series C funding. Led by Iconiq Growth, the round values the company at $6.8billion. With the amount, the company will be doubling down on hiring, building its Events API, and looking for acquisitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2022-01-20\/6sense-reaches-5-2-billion-value-with-softbank-joining-round\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>6Sense reaches $5.2billion value with SoftBank joining round<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/6sense\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">6Sense<\/a> is a software that helps companies with sales and marketing. It has received a $200million investment that more than doubles its valuation to $5.2billion. Co-led by Blue Owl and MSD Partners, the company will be spending the money on hiring and expanding to more geographies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2022\/01\/19\/lattice-raises-175m-more-at-a-3b-valuation-for-its-people-management-platform\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Lattice raises $175M at a $3B valuation for its people management platform<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Employee <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/performance-management-system\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">performance management software<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/lattice\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lattice<\/a> has trebled its valuation to $3billion with its latest fundraise of $175million. Its valuation has now increased to $1.5billion, and it&#8217;ll be utlizing the investment towards hiring. The round was led by Tiger Global with existing investors also participating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/alexandrawilson1\/2022\/01\/19\/women-led-spekit-raises-45-million-to-help-remote-teams-train-employees\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Women-led Spekit raises $45million to help remote teams train employees<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/digital-adoption-platform-software\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Digital Adoption Platform software<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/spekit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Spekit<\/a> has closed Series B investment worth $35million. Its USP is that it creates custom turnkey guides for its clients so that they can train their employees easily. The startup will be using the money for R&amp;D, and building out its data science team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/inc42.com\/buzz\/contact-centre-software-startup-saas-labs-raises-43-mn-to-launch-innovative-products\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Contact centre software startup SaaS Labs raises $42million to launch innovative products<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soon after raising $18million in funding in November, SaaS Labs\u00a0\u2013 makers of several SaaS offerings\u00a0\u2013 has closed a $42million Series B investment. Led by Sequoia Capital India, the startup will be utilizing the investment for launching more products, and acquiring companies too. Currently, it has three products on offer &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/justcall-io\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Justcall<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/callroot\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CallRoot<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/helpwise-io\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Helpwise<\/a>.
