The deal is pegged at \u20ac524million, and will complement Software AG&#8217;s offerings. It&#8217;ll also help the company to strengthen its offerings in the cloud market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.channele2e.com\/business\/talent\/hyperscience-layoffs-warning-signal-for-automation-and-rpa-software\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"Hyperscience layoffs: warning signal for automation and RPA software? The report went on to state that the startup continued its hiring spree while its software wasn&#8217;t finding its ground. In total, its revenue was $7.33billion, which was 26 percent higher compared to the last year. Its revenue for fiscal 2022 was $26.49billion. While it announced better-than-expected revenue of $1,071.4billion, which is 21 percent more from the same period last year, it has provided a weaker Q1 2023 outlook. Led by QIA, the company has become a unicorn with $1.22billion valuation. It&#8217;ll be using the money for accelerating its international expansion, and scaling its sales and marketing efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2022\/03\/02\/connecteam-raises-120m-at-an-800m-valuation-for-its-all-in-one-communications-app-for-deskless-workers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Connecteam raises $120million at an $800million+ valuation for comms app for deskless workers<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;re seeing a rise in software that helps frontline workers stay connected and get timely updates. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/connecteam\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Connecteam<\/a> has received $120million in funding.
