While the terms of the deal weren&#8217;t disclosed, it&#8217;s interesting to note that Ponicode will continue running separately and even work with competing continue integration and delivery software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zdnet.com\/article\/docusign-shares-plunge-fiscal-q4-revenue-beats-q1-revenue-view-misses-expectations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>DocuSign shares plunge: fiscal Q4 revenue beats, Q1 and year views miss expectations<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We had highlighted how <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/docusign\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DocuSign&#8217;s<\/a> shares had tumbled when it had announced its quarterly revenues. For the Q4 however, it managed to beat expectations as it achieved $580.8million revenue vs $562million that was projected by analysts. That said, its revenue for the current quarter is expected to be lesser than the consensus of $596million&#8230; in the range of $579- and $583million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zdnet.com\/article\/crowdstrike-reports-q4-revenue-of-431-million-and-1-45-billion-for-full-year\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Crowdstrike reports Q4 revenue of $431 million and $1.45 billion for full year<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cybersecurity company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/crowdstrike-falcon-endpoint-protection\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Crowdstrike&#8217;s<\/a> beat market estimates with Q4 revenue of $431million, up by 63 percent from the same period, last year. Its revenue for the entire year was $1.45billion, which is 66 percent higher than the previous financial year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.marketwatch.com\/story\/asana-stock-falls-15-after-loss-more-than-doubles-forecast-calls-for-more-red-ink-11646860860\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Asana stock falls 15 percent after loss more than doubles, forecast calls for more red ink<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Collaboration software Asana reported a loss of $90million in Q4 while its revenue reached $111.9million, higher than analysts&#8217; expectations of $114.5million. Despite that, its share price declined. For the entire fiscal year, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/asana\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Asana<\/a> is giving revenue guidance of $527- to $531million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"saas-companies-that-got-the-funding-this-week\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"SaaS_companies_that_got_the_funding_this_week\"><\/span>SaaS companies that got the funding this week<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2022\/03\/10\/typeform-series-c\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Typeform takes $135million to tickle more marketers<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Barcelona-based <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/typeform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Typeform<\/a> has closed a $135million Series C round more than four years after its Series B investment. Led by Sofina, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/list\/online-form-builder-software\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">form builder software<\/a> is nearing the unicorn valuation at $935million. Typeform also announced that it has reached $70million in ARR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/news.crunchbase.com\/news\/capchase-revenue-based-financing-vc-alternative-nondilutive\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Capchase raises $80million Series B to give startups alternatives to venture<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the rise in alternative ways to raise money for SaaS companies, we&#8217;re seeing several startups that enable the same. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/capchase-expense-financing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Capchase<\/a> has nabbed $80million as part of Series B funding. Led by 01 Advisors, the startup also mentioned that its ARR has increased by 2,300 percent in a year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.prnewswire.com\/news-releases\/birdeye-raises-60m-series-c-funding-led-by-accel-kkr-to-help-local-businesses-grow-301499886.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Birdeye raises $60million Series C funding led by Accel-KKR to help local businesses grow<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customer experience platform <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/birdeye\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Birdeye<\/a> has received $60million in Series C funding. Led by Accel-KKR, the amount will be deployed towards expanding to Australia and the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2022\/03\/10\/datarails-50-million-excel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>DataRails raises $50million to boost financial analytics and other tools for Excel spreadsheet acolytes<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A lot of users use Microsoft Excel for financial planning, and so do small businesses. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/datarails\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DataRails<\/a> is catering to SMBs in ensuring that financial planning is done in a better manner, and once can also get correct forecasting. To continue its mission, it has announced $50million Series B investment led by Qumra Capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/tech\/funding\/atlan-bags-50-million-from-insight-partners-salesforce-ventures-andsequoia-capital-india\/articleshow\/90105359.cms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Atlan bags $50million from Insight, Salesforce and Sequoia<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saasworthy.com\/product\/atlan-discovery\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Atlan<\/a>, a data collaboration software provider, has gotten $50million in the Series B round. The investment was spearheaded by Salesforce Ventures.
